Curriculum Support
We provide technical support and strategic planning in line with Becta's recommended Framework for IT Support, helping to push ICT forward.

Type of support
Support is onsite with scheduled or Pay as you go visits. Our technicians can also work remotely to fix an issues and we also provide 24-hour server monitoring to reduce the risk of catastrophic failure.

How much scheduled support?
Average support packages are based on 1/2 day per week visits (3 hours onsite). The amount of support required varies depending on the current capabilities and the available budget. We can quote for custom packages (upto 3 days per week) if required.

Naace accredited
We achieved the Naacemark for ICT service providers in 2005. The Naacemark is a "Quality Assurance Scheme to assist in the establishment of high standards in IT support for education." (accreditation).

0% mark-up purchasing
We give our schools direct contact with business suppliers providing huge savings on purchases of equipment. We highly recommend parts are purchased with a minimum three year warranty.


24-hour emergency callout
If a critical service fails and your system is significantly impaired, we will be onsite within 24-hours to help solve the problem. This includes Windows servers and network hardware failures. For any other urgent request that is non-critical, we will be onsite within 48-hours.

Annual FITS and strategic planning
Each year we review the progress made in school and discuss future developments in technology and school budget requirements for upcoming years. Our technicians also produce a report to highlight the accomplishments made each year, following the Becta framework for technical support.

Free support during OFSTED inspections
Our technicians work additional hours before an Ofsted visit (free of charge) and are always available on-call during the inspection to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible!
